How does it work?

With one-on-one empowerment coaching, I provide unbiased and non-judgemental space for you to create a plan to achieve your goals. I help you see and get in touch with your inner strengths and focus on these strengths to reach your fullest potential. After each session, you will have concrete and achievable action items to complete before the next session. In between sessions, you will receive a follow-up/check-in message from me to remind you of the items we discussed in the previous session.
