Before becoming a life and spiritual coach, I spent many years in the financial industry, guiding high-net-worth clients toward material success. I had climbed the ladder, earned recognition, and reached a level of professional achievement that many strive for. But over time, I began to notice something — in my clients and in myself. Beneath all the outward success, there was often a quiet longing for something deeper: clarity, connection, peace, and a true sense of purpose. That realization sparked a powerful inner shift that eventually led me to the path I’m on today.
That realization sparked a powerful inner shift that eventually led me to the path I’m on today.
I began turning inward, exploring mindfulness, meditation, and spiritual teachings while also revisiting my academic interests in psychology. As I deepened my own healing journey, I felt called to help others navigate theirs. I became a Certified Life & Spiritual Coach, trained Crisis Counselor, and meditation teacher and over time, my practice evolved into a space where emotional wisdom, spiritual clarity, and practical tools come together to support lasting transformation.
Today, I support spiritually curious, heart-centered individuals who feel called to go beyond surface-level solutions and explore the deeper layers of their inner world. Drawing from ancient teachings in mindful awareness, compassion, and insight wisdom, I guide them to cultivate clarity, emotional resilience, and a grounded sense of purpose — so they can live in alignment with their true nature, from the inside out.
I was born in a third-world country and raised by a single mother. I never knew my father. My mom had many jobs and she was never really present during my childhood. I moved from one relative’s house to another every few years. Some of these relatives were middle class and others did not even have indoor plumbing. Growing up I experienced childhood poverty, neglect and had my fair share of traumatic experiences. Due to some unfortunate events, I was pulled out of school around the age of nine. I didn’t have any role models nor a clear sense of direction in life and people did not expect much of me.
My family immigrated to the United States in my early twenties and I finally got the opportunity to go to a community college. I took classes during the day while working as a server in a restaurant at night. A few years later I started working as a part-time bank teller while continuing to work at the restaurant. Before long, I drifted away from college since I was working two jobs. Within a few years and with several promotions, I become a wealth management banker with a VP title. I was working at one of the top financial institutions in the world. I partnered with a team of financial professionals to assist a portfolio of high-net-worth clients to manage and grow their assets efficiently and effectively. I was always one of the top performers and received several recognitions. I was earning six figures without a college degree. However, I couldn’t help but feel a sense of loss and deep knowing that there is more I can do to serve the world.
Whenever I get an opportunity to improve my circumstances such as applying for a higher position job or taking classes towards my degree, people who were close to me would say “ don’t get your hopes up.” I believe because they think I don’t have the right qualification. After all, I didn’t finish college. I understand they probably said it with love and they didn’t want me to feel disappointed. However, I never really paid attention to their comments and kept going. I started realizing that I never really thought about the so-called limitations or assumptions that people put on me and I kept growing and prospering.
Over time, I came to recognize a quiet but powerful force within me — a deep inner drive that kept moving me forward, no matter the obstacles. I realized this wasn’t just ambition; it was purpose. A knowing that I was meant to offer something meaningful — something vital to true transformation.
After months of soul-searching, reflecting on how I continued rising despite immense challenges, I began to understand my gift: the ability to connect with my inner power and remember my worth, even when the world suggested otherwise. That realization was both liberating and affirming.
With a full heart and a clear calling, I made one of the most difficult decisions of my life — I stepped away from a long-standing career in the financial world and returned to school to study Psychology. I also became a certified life and spiritual coach and trained as a mindfulness meditation teacher, deepening my commitment to conscious, heart-centered living.
In addition to my coaching work, I serve as a certified volunteer crisis counselor for the YWCA, supporting survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, and human trafficking — a role that has further shaped my capacity to hold space with compassion, presence, and strength.
The journey hasn’t been easy. It stretched me in every way. But with trust in the process and a steady commitment to inner growth, I walked that path — and it shaped the work I now offer to others with depth, care, and spiritual clarity.
Today, I live from a place of inner peace, joy, love, and gratitude. I’ve cultivated healthy emotional boundaries, and I navigate life with a sense of harmony and presence. I continue to learn and deepen my spiritual practice with guidance from wise and generous teachers, always expanding my capacity to support both myself and those I work with.
I share a nurturing, supportive, and joy-filled relationship with my partner, and I’m surrounded by loving, kindhearted friends who enrich my life. I live in a peaceful home that includes a serene meditation space and a quiet office where I can fully show up for my clients. My work is a true calling — one that allows me to support others while also honoring time for rest, connection, and service.
Even when life brings challenges — as it naturally does — I meet them with clarity, compassion, and trust in the path. This is the life I’ve created through deep inner work, and it’s the same kind of transformation I now help others access.
Why I Do the Work I Do
We live in a world filled with noise — from outside expectations to the inner voices shaped by doubt, fear, and past conditioning. Amid all this, it can feel difficult to hear your own truth… let alone trust it.
I know this path intimately. I’ve walked through adversity, reconnected with my inner power, and rebuilt a life rooted in clarity, meaning, and deep self-worth. My heartfelt calling is to help you do the same — to guide you in remembering your true essence and support you in stepping into a more empowered, conscious way of living.
You don’t have to navigate this alone.
If you feel called to do the inner work, to heal, grow, and live with greater freedom and authenticity — I invite you to a free, confidential virtual session. Together, we can explore whether this journey feels aligned for you.
